CNC MACHINES
For this, alongside a complete series of machines for traditional work, the Falegnameria Di Lorenzo has equipped itself, over the years, with the latest CNC machines, numerical control work systems, to create 2 and 3 dimensional items, guaranteeing high production capacity, reliability, speed of execution and pinpoint precision. Manoeuvred through computers equipped with the right software, these new numerical control installations ensure the client a quality product at a moderate price and allow the use of a wide range of techniques: shaping, incisions, logos, writings of any size on any type of wood, covers with trusses for outside and for attics.
ADVANCED TECHOLOGIES
For a few years the Di Lorenzo workshop has also invested in WINLINE 16, a modern and innovative multicentre for the production of linear and arched elements for doors and windows in wood: completely integrated to the CNC, it ensures the best relationship between productivity and flexibility in every work condition. Placed in the centre of the workshop, WINLINE 16 can guarantee the highest level of precision thanks to the fact that the elements are always blocked and positioned by the CNC, while integration with any cad/cam system allows the direct transfer “from the project to the execution in the machine”. WINLINE 16 is a real “one man factory” that carries out the complete processing of each component, leaving the operator the time to carry out all the complementary work: framing, calibration, assembly of the elements on the clamp, assembly of the hardware, assembly of the glass etc. WINLINE 16 is able to produce any type of fixture, with any kind of joining (mating profile and plugs, mechanical joints, open tenon, closed tenon). The security cabin moreover allows working in complete safety, in a clean, dust-free environment.
